She..
She’s here
She’s there
She’s everywhere
Her eyes have seen everything
She isn’t
What she used to be
Haven’t you seen her fall
Disgusted by her own embrace
All she does is hide
It’s the pretty face
That killed her
Not the person inside
No one
Would have stopped her
Not a single one
Who cared
These broken wings
Won’t fly no more
Cause of all the pain
She carried along
With her
The final release of pressure
Will give her back
Her strength
Flying to eternity
The road will never end

It’s the pretty face
That killed her
Not the person inside – tis sad that some are jsut considered another pretty face because no one bothered to look inside and see who they really are.

It is sad that people base so many things on appearance alone. There’s so much that goes on beyond a person’s surface.

Very touching but extremely beautiful poem, hope she will fly again like an angel, a phoenix.

A person’s looks are the first thing you see. You make a judgment based on that first look. We all do it. That is human nature. Whether we take the time to know the person beyond those looks is up to us.
I like to read things that make me really think.
